There are quite a few places, depending on where in the South East you are.there is quite a decent club in East Dulwich Leisure Centre, I think they have classes on Wednesdays and Fridays, check it out. Sorry don't have the number handy, but will keep an eye out for you.
Ju jitsu is a good class for kids, as well as Aikido but best go along to a class and see the class in action, see how the Sensei treats the kids before you enrol them.a good Sensei is the key, whatever class you choose.
Try your local council's leisure department & website.
Yeah any council estate in SE London where you can kick the shite outta of the thugs that hang around on the corner wearing hoodies and a baseball hat.
