It hurts to say this as a Chelsea fan, but he is a great coach and really does know how to put a proper football team together. Doesn't matter anyway, Chelsea is going to win the league, one cup, and possibly Europe once they get themselves out of second gear and start to play!

NO the best is Jose Mourinho and the coach of Portugal the Brazilian can't remember is name at the moment also the French and Italian coaches, lets not forget what a job Klinsmann done for Germany, Wenger is in the top 10 coaches in the world and has done great things at Arsenal but to say he is the one of best, maybe for Arsenal no arguments from me but definitely not in the world.!
