What size snowboard should I use?
I'm six foot tall and weigh ten and a half stone.
Answers:
Generally I'd say between 158-162.
But don't go crazy over it, if you can ride fairly confidently than you can ride any size within reason.
Just have fun and try a few different boards and you will see for yourself what you prefer.

General rule is stand a board on its end and it should come up to your chin..
160-163 (Wide if you have a big shlong)

I used to instruct snowboarding in New Zealand. Size depends on a bunch of things; (experience, hard or soft bindings, symmetrical or asymmetrical board, etc.), but my general rule-of-thumb advice is this: you should just be able to rest your nose on the tip of the board when it's standing up in front of you. Easy.

I'm assuming due to your height you have big feet > size 6 UK.
According to a book I have on snowboarding you should get a 155-165 cm length board, >25cm in width, and a sidecut of 850-950cm.
Unless of course your preferred terrain will be small mountains, with thinner snow and more ice. In which case you should shorten the length by 5 cm and the sidecut by 50cm.
If you want to freecarve add 5 cm to the board length, the width should be 19-21 cm and the sidecut 1000-1200.
I know very little about snowboarding as I prefer to stay safe on ice with my skis.
A red run? blue, green, black, dbl black.never heard of red.
what kind of terrain are u gonna use. for all terrain boards measure the board to in-between ur chin and ur nose. bout bottom lip area is perfect. also get a soft board
