Well from a fan's point of view, the undertaker is the better wrestler. And he couldn't let someone else beat him. I make sure that if the Undertaker is on TV I watch. Now from a corporate pov, Undertaker is a big draw and Kali isn't. If you get rid of a big crowd favorite, then you'll lose some of the fan base. And a big draw will make you even more money. Example Hulk Hogan.
