Check out http://www.the-house.com you'll find great stuff and great prices. Good Luck and happy shredding! ;)
Have you tried TK Max, ok so its like a massive jumble sale, but they have all sorts of stuff in there!!
try a second hand store, with any luck you'll find someones found it all a bit to hard and bought brand new stuff and broken their wrist, bum, ankle, and it will be yours for the taking dirt cheap
TK MAX!! Well cheap - obviously not the best quality - - - but very cheap, and perectly acceptable for a couple of seasons. Or - try Gumtree.com - this is full of Ozzies and South Africans trying to get rid of there stuff before they go off home - loads of really good deals on bits and pieces - not sure about boarding gear, but its def. worth a try.
try Ebay or local charity shops or second hand clothes shops

ebay thats where i got my set up really cheap and all knew burton u can get it all overstock from stores for cheap
I got my first gear on ebay, some good bargains there.
Also go to the Ski & SNowboard Show in the NEC or the one in London, loads of shops selling previous seasons gear!
Hope this helps . can't wait for winter!
Local snowboard shops should be able to tell you when the local ski/snowboard swaps are. Also, a local discount hunting/hardware store should have discount jackets and waterproof bib overalls that will keep you plenty warm and dry.
dude ccs is really cheap here check it www.ccs.com
