Does badminton help your stamina , strength or suppleness?

Strength - not really. (may be weight lighting for this one)
Suppleness - yes
yes, any exercise will
Mainly stamina, but it also increases your speed and hand eye coordination..
same as swimming, but in different ways..
Stamina - Yes it will definatly improve that
Strengh - Not really weight lifting will
Suppleness - Not sure.

As well as those it will also improve speed & agility and your physique.
