Ofcourse, the other one push him/her self under the water to show that s/he too is dorwning. But under the water the survivor most likely would try the best to rescue the drowned one!!
Only if its the lead swimmer, in which case the others will follow her, lemming-like, down, down to the watery deep-end.

This one comes up at least once every 2 or 3 weeks. It's boring.
