My middle son doesn't move from the TV when football is on, while my eldest goes out of the room and does some drawing or sculpting.

Yes they are. Mine is watching right now. But make the most of the time for your own space, take a bath, do your nails, wash your hair, have a long talk with a friend on the phone. Enjoy the time you have to yourself. Football is given to men so that their partners can have some time to themselves without running about after their men.
