Portsmouth FC. Good start to the season?
Pompey have made a very impressive start to their season, but how will they get on for the rest of the season and what is a realistic finishing place for them in the league?
Answers:
Its a brilliant start for us, though this weeks game (home to Reading) will be an important one. I dont care we're out th ecup, it means we can focus on the league now and i beleive we will finish top half. (PS Tottenham are cheats)
The best they will ever get!! It will all go down from here! They may do what spurs did last season but look at us now! But to be honest in about two months we will be top six and portsmouth will be 9th or 10th! Whatch this space!

With a defence founded on super Linvoy Primus, who cut his teeth at my team Barnet, they can do no wrong.. I reckon about 7th or 8th.

Great start to the season. If they can maintain even some sort of form for the rest of the campaign then you will definately be top 10 & may even come close to a UEFA cup spot. But I think most Pompey fans will be delighted with a better season than last.
I'm not English but I would say that Harry should have been given the England job - he's a quality manager & his track record speaks for itself.

Nobody expected Pompey to have such a good start. I'm sure even Harry was a bit taken aback! With quality signings he made at the start of the season, all be it in the twilight of their careers, Harry has ensured that Portsmouth will not be taken lightly. They may have lost a few of their recent games, but they will definitely finish in the top half. I expect them to be in contention for a European spot
