When you train in martial arts?
do you enjoy it, i enjoy it but couldnt pull myself to train today.
i dont want to make my training into like an assult course or a fitness regime. how can i train all the stuff i have learnt and be spritual

I do Wing Chun.. the training can be pretty monotonous at times, so I don't always enjoy it.. I really enjoy the benefits from the training though!

Yes I do enjoy it! And I make sure all my students enjoy it! If they don't, I kick them all over the dojo until they do enjoy it!
Of course I enjoy it, yesterday morning, got up @ 6:00am and trained for four hours with a friend from class, then I got up this morning around 8:00am and trained until 10:00am. and I plan on catching up with a few more friends here soon and training with them for about 2hrs
It's about motivation, if you just don't feel like training, that's NOT an excuse, you should at least run through your forms or Katas once, and maybe a few kicks and punches.
even if it's just a 30 min kicks/punches or forms/katas a short training time is better than not training at all.
I at least train once a day for at least an hour whether I want to or not, If I'm sick or have an injury that I don't want aggravate then I won't train and rest
If you can train with a friend it makes things a little easier though.

martial arts training shouldn't really be all that spiritual, more physical. overall it's a blast
I can't recall the sensei's name, but there was a famous one who trained by practising all his katas, combinations etc in his head and was perfect when he did them physically. I've tried this when I don't feel like training and it does work - at least, I'm getting better!
before going into you Kata stand still or kneel which ever works for you and close your eyes focus your mind block out all sounds and distraction feel nothing but your own energy, anticipate your moves see yourself going through your training routine breath deeply inhaling through the nose and out the mouth for however long you can remain focused, now go through your kumite phase as though you are facing an unseen opponent to highlight you weaknesses to yourself. you should also set up multiple targets with which to strike but you must be blind folded, and try and use your minds eye
In TKD you can't have one without the other. In the ancient TKD the styles came from the spiritual. The old ancient style of TKD and the spiritual part of TKD is the only style that I teach.

i love tae kwon do but i couldn't possibly train everyday. My schedule wouldn't allow it. Even if it did, I wouldn't advise on doing it because in order to appreciate something one needs time away from it to digest and miss it a little bit. 3 times over 7 days, each time spending 2-3 hours training is ideal i think.
