On average no, but the stronger females are stronger that the weaker males. Think of female shot putters or weight lifters, they are probably even stronger than some of the stronger guys, but not the strongest.

Yes they can. Not that I'm particuarly proud of it but my nickname at school used to be 'Migrant Worker' (not meant in a horrible way I might add!) I was known to be quite strong and used to arm wrestle the guys during free periods for amusement!

Of course not. Think about it. Some girls are stronger than some men, but the strongest female weightlifter in the world can not, and will never be able to lift as much as the stongest male weightlifter in the world. Thats just the way it is. I'm a girl by the way and weak as hell, but am skilled in different ways.
