Do you think the Americans are bad losers at the Ryder cup ?
Answers:
Yes they are and unfortunately it is a well known fact that in the past American fans have been abusive. I think when this happens in sport, spectators in particular wives should be banned. I don't even think they make good winners. You only have to remember the behaviour of the Americans in 1999
Gracious losers!
I don't know - we haven't lost yet have we?
no not until tomorrow after noon
There never seems to be a bad loser at the Ryder Cup. The last time it was held at The Belfy the last player to leave the Europeans victory party was David Duval. Whatever, the yanks have to re-discover the art of team golf. At the moment they're not in it.
Who Watches Golf Anyway?
They always are. No different this year. Grown men acting like spoiled kids hitting a rubber ball around and taking it seriously. I do love golf.
they will lose but they not bad losers.
Maybe, most true competitors are. But I know for sure that the Euro team are some terrible winners. Have you seen the ridiculous smiles they've had after winning a whole. It's one thing to be happy and enjoying yourself, but these smiles look so cheesy and childish. Especially Garcia and Monty. It's like the kids are getting back and winning against the parents. Students against the teachers. I guess I can understand it a little. Tiger has more majors than thier entire team(12 to 1 that is). All year long they have to deal with Tiger's dominance and mere ora, so this is like Bazaro world for them and they are playing the role of Tiger-sticking irons, dropping putts. I will admit though, all smiles aside, the Euro team is playing great.
They are just bad Ryder cup players
Not at the moment.
The Americans are losers anyway!!
No I think they have been very sporting and gracious in defeat. It is different this year owing to the death of Darren Clarke's wife. He is such a popular player and I think it is marvellous the way both teams have supported him and given him encouragement. It is a tribute to all concerned. It must also be remembered that Tiger Woods lost his father not that long ago and I believe Di Marco lost his mother quite recently. All of them are a credit to their sport.
