What happens if a keeper gets sent off during a penalty shoot out?
I was at Wycombe v Doncaster last night and their keeper got booked for time wasting during penalties. If he gets sent off can they bring on a sub even though the game has ended?

MrDanLondon's answer is spot on. No substitutions are allowed in penalty shoot-outs.
If a goalkeeper gets sent off during a shoot out, he deserves to be shot.
I don't think they can bring on a sub, but maybe one of the other players on the field can take over, like when John Terry had to step in when Cudicini got injured a few weeks ago, chelsea had used all their subs and had no goalies left. ( I Think)
No substitutes are allowed in penalty shoot outs so an outfield played would have to deputise
no one of the players has to go in goal
Somebody is designated new keeper. I've certainly never seen it tho'. Maybe you'd witness a first in footy history. You would certainly witness a very rare event if the sending off occurred!
Great question. I would guess you would have to put an out field player in goal as you wouldn't be allowed to make a subs.
the gk cant get sent off during a pen shootout,
OPEN GOAL!!
Lampard would still miss!!
He's replaced by one of the outfield players but only from the ones that have been nominated to take penalties.
well, that probably won't happen.
only chance blackburn would have of scoring in a penalty if keeper got sent off!
yes.they can bring on a sub even though the game has ended
