At club level it will be Manchester United in the UK.
At international Level I would say China (Purely based on population)
Only Charlatans support a national team on pure success like Brazil, but you should support your home nation only.
As for League Clubs it is the same here, you should support your local team & suffer the lows of what that sometimes brings, rather than supporting a popular succesful team. It is this activity that is spoiling the game at the moment.
I support Birmingham City & England as I was born & raised in Birmingham, England.
It is a pity it is not the way a lot others choose a team, often referred as "glory hunters"

i would say Glasgow Celtic and Manchester united have the biggest fan base in the world no matter where you travel you will always see someone with one of their tops on

In terms of club football anyone who says anyone but Manchester United is talking £rap .There worldwide fan base dwarfs that of Barca,Juve Real Madrid ,Celtic ,Liverpool and Bayern .
International football .would probably be some like Argentina or Brazil .coz of the population size and the amount of people who would watch them play in tournos on TV.
In terms of travelling fans(international)probably England .,At the 1/4 finals in the 04 Euro's England fans outnumbered the home fans in there own stadium .
In terms of avarage home gate .I believe there is a team in North |Germany that avarage 80-000but I don't know if that is true.
