What do you think of Villa's Petrov?
Great player but is always diving. I see he was at it again last night. When he played for celtic he got a penalty every other week.

Ok, I'm a Chelsea fan, so this this is a completely unbiaised opinion. I personally think he is quite a good player, and given time he will be a hit with the Villa fans and will prove himself in the Premiership. He is technically a very good player who can both create and score goals. I believe he will (given time) have the same impact at Villa as Cahill has done at Everton. I also dont believe he is a diver. Granted, the penalty he 'won' against Fulham was never a penaly, but had nothing to do with him diving as he stayed on his feet. It was just a poor referreeing decision. I think by the end of the season clubs like Liverpool, Newcastle will be showing an interest in him.
he's a good player but still has to settle with the premiership pace

Even SOME Rangers fans rate him and he played for Celtic.

Kevin B aint got a clue if he thinks petrov needs to adapt too the pace of the premiership? He spent six or seven years in scotland with Celtic and although it isnt in the same class as english prem. it is certainly played with more pace through out the game! but yes he's up to the job and could even become villa's next captain if gareth barry moves on!!
