Speedball..?

when you train with a speedball what exactly does it help with - coordination, rhythm, footwork? What is the proper method of training with it?

All of things you mentioned. Also helps with defense in that you can slip from side to side when it's coming back. It gets you used to objects approaching you at high speed, i.e. opponents gloves! way to work it is to hit straight, not really meant for hooks/uppercuts although some guys do do it? Use each piece of equipment for what it was intended guys! Anyway if ball comes back at crazy angles then you're not hitting it straight, so can be good for correcting errors also! good luck

speedball is used for increasing your strength,speed, and stamina.
