Is football a corrupt sport only fit for gangsters and fraudsters?

Answers:
I think you are getting Fottball confused with the tour de France
i don't know why u would think that. it takes discipline and hard work. i know a lot of gansters who can't play football
No, that would be called, "Boxing".
no football it not that kind of sport, it teaches discipline and patience not to mention all the other things
It is as corrupt as any other business or any other part of life, in other words there are crooks and honest people every where.
wht r u asking man
no. not! certainly . football is a game for all who have skills and strength to play it. now,it has become rough through the days but that does not mean that it is a game for gangsters.
no, what a stupid idea
i would say it is now now as it is all about the money and a reason for football fans to arrange large gang fights so the answer is clear yes and no. years ago no it was a sport everyone enjoyed to watch and now yes its full of violence and money.
Its going that way!
No the game itself is just as good as nothing! Only the management we may say is corrupt but the game, just good.
with all the gambling involved what do you think it will attract?
Ask the P!ssburg Stealers about this. They know all the ropes, you see.
Bah! Too true wherever you look. Italy, England , Cyprus (not proved yet but soon), Greece (eh! You need to ask! -)) ). Don't know about outside of Europe though oops, Grobbelaar - ex , Liverpool GK. There's one example. Search the net, you'll find loads more.
Iv'e said for years theres corruption in football!! Where theres money theres CORRUPTION!!
Here you are again with an obvious question in order to publicise your piss-poor english pubs.
Ho-hum.
It must be because it's popularity in South Africa is growing by the day and corruption ,violence and gangsterism is rife there.
No I can not agree with your way of thinking. IF you are on about the same thing that I saw the other evening on television, I really think it was not all fact, I think most of the interview was fiction, maybe some of it was the truth and hopefully the F.A. can sort it out so we can get back to enjoying Football.
did you see liverpool stuff tottenham today? did you see riise`s rocket? whooosh! ynwa
Every sport has its price, with football now, the ordinary working class man / woman are being priced out of the game i.e they cannot afford the extortionate prices the club charges, nevermind be able to afford to take their kids (the next generation of that clubs fans).

It's nearly 50 quid for me to take 1 of my kids and myself to the match, depending on who were playing.

Not like the good old days i'm afraid.

Talking about gangsters just look at boxing mate.
Uh, no. Far from it.
