Who is the greastest?
wrestling commentator of all time and why
Answers:
The dynamic duo Jim Ross "JR" and Jerry "The King" Lawler.
greatest commentators in the industry by far.
RAWS finest. JR with his humble respectful approach and The King with his humor, unbeatable.
I think Micheal Cole and Tazz made a good commentry team.
Vince Mcmahon. When he was doing it back in the day it just clicked. Unlike the ones now, they seem to be so opinionated and can get annoying at times
the king lawler
In my opinion it's Gordon Solie Jim Ross & Mike Tenay because they know how to make fans interested & care about the matches. They know how to call a match the correct way.
I use to like zybisko and heenan, than got into tenay, but if you like a WELL_CALLED match the best ever is JBL.
The late Kent Walton.
Saturday afternoons on World of Sport
Brilliant
Kent Walton, he was on ITV's World of Sport at 4 o'clock every Saturday for about 15 years.
Jim Ross, " Oh my god all hell has broken lose"
"For the love of god the undertaker has tombstoned the big red machine Kane"!
I'd prob say British Bulldog, he's the best i think. Batista is my fav, but the BB is the greatest in my book.
Kent Walton
I think Jim Ross.He has been a commentator for years.
JBL and Jerry The King Lawler.Oh My God!lol
I have to admit as a kid who grew up in the 80's, Vince really made wrestling look interesting back then. He put more fire and energy during the wrestling matches than any commentater I heard in the past and now.
hmmm i'm gonna have to do a top 5 of wrestlers
1.) Stan "the lariat" hansen- cmon tobacco chewing foul mouthed texan redneck who hit people with a cowbell on a hangman's noose of burlap rope!! Stone Cold could get lessions from that guy!!!
2.) Raven- He's been around for so many years and wrestles with a birth defect (1 leg is 3 inches shorter then the other hence the built up boot) and is deadly as hell!
3.) "Psycho" Sid Vicious- Original partner of a young "mean" mark callous who is now the Undertaker yeah sure he had Paul Heyman as a manager but cmon! Sid taught the dead man how to be a legend give the man credit for that!!
4.) Road Warrior Hawk- God rest that man's soul.. I met him a few times and he was a real class act when he wasn't drinkin (RIP Michael Hegstrand)
5.) "Big Sexy" Kevin Nash- He's 6'8" and got Big Show so pissed 1 time Show ripped a ring pole out of the cement floor durring a WcW match who else could get a guy so pissed to wanna do that?
best commentator always has been in my opinion and always will be Mike Tenay
jim ross
Jim Ross aka JR
I'm going way back, but Lance Russell was the very greatest! :) He worked for CWA, USWA, and all the other promotions run by Eddie Marlin, Christine Jarrett, Jerry Jarrett & company back in the day. :)
