Nothing wrong with Irish people but I don't think they have a rule about marrying outwith their own folks.
Celtic are a SCOTTISH club playing in Scotland and yes, yes, we know the history.

It's amazing, you ask a simple question and all you get is a tirade of abuse from people who don't know you at all.
Maybe they're all just jealous that everyone loves the Irish and Scottish so much ( I'm Irish with Scottish relatives).
Unfortunately I don't know about any Irish communities in North Lanarkshire.

I don't know about Irish community's..my boyfiend's dad lives in Coatbridge Lanarkshire,mainly a Celtic fc area.
The scots are lovely,friendly people and they make you feel welcome any where you go.

as you have probably noticed anything to do with being Irish in Scotland is offencive to large majority of small minded bigots.i am very proud of my Irish roots i live in Glasgow and know you will find plenty of clubs in this part of the country with Irish connections.have you notice you can be Irish American or Irish Canadian or even Irish Australian and have no problem but being Scots Irish in Scotland and you will get treated like a second class citizen it's them who have the problem not us just learn to ignore it.all the best
If there isn't I'd be surprised, they seem to have invaded everywhere else
