ALAN KINGHT, is this the best goal keeper our country has evr produced or what?
Remeber Alan knights massive goal keeping performances for pompey, if he played for a top league team he would have been on of the best england goalies ever. Anyone agree?

Never heard of him, sorry. Peter Shilton was the greatest (that's after any, and all Carlisle United goalkeepers of course!).

Na. It has to be Gorden Banks OBE. How can u forget his role in the 1966 WC and The 1970 save against Pelé.

The two greatest goalkeepers ever produced by this country were both produced by Leicester City.. Gordon Banks and Peter Shilton. One was a world-cup winner and the other played over 1000 league games and is England's most capped keeper.
The best English goalkeepers in the last 40 years are Gordon Banks, Peter Shilton and Ray Clemence. I can'r really see Alan Knights geeting in the top 10. Sorry.
