Why are West Ham Utd playing so badly?

Three months ago, following the signing of the two Argentinians, Hammers fans said they were going to win the league. Now they can't even win a corner.
Having said that, I'm sure Pardew is the man to turn it around. Good luck for the rest of the season.
Because you put all your hopes on the 2 Argentinian players that you signed and it turns out that they're crap.
I would love to know! Some blame the whole takeover bid talk, some say having Mascherano and Tevez in the squad has put pressure on them that they just can't handle.
I think it's a combination of both as well as trying to emulate what they did last season. There does also appear to be unrest in the squad.
I really wish they would hurry up and sort it out though as I've got two of their players (who I really don't want to change) in my fantasy football team and it's messing up my league placings!

There just seems to be a real lack of belief with the players at the mo! Did you see the relief when they scored the on Tuesday. but then they did nothing all game really to deserve to win!
I do not think that all the press that has been going on has helped at all. This season I do not think that there has been a single day when they not been in the papers and all for negative reasons from one section of the press or other!!
At the end of last season other teams feared playing us!
I want that back.....

i think the weight of expectations is taking them down.after getting promoted to the priemiership, getting into europe,and signing big players they forgot where they stood.i think they will be on track soon.

they have lost their confidence. although i support arsenal, i don't like to see teams like west ham struggle. u can't blame the manager, it's down to the players themselves.they are, after all, professionals.
I think they got too big for their briches. They could have used defensive or midfield help and they brought in Tevez and mascherno, and I am hearing Carlos Alberto of Corinthians is also being linked to them.
But why let reo Coker, Benayoun, and others who did so well last year sometimes play out of position or struggle to play? I dont blame the Argies for everything, but they had a much more negative affect than positive. Think about it, have you heard a lot of reports of Zamora, Sherringham etc. defending them?

To be honest they are not really that good!! I know you had to score for us to beat you but hey we are not that good at the mo either..
Naaaaaaa what am i sayin we have won the last 5 out of 6 games we played and drew the other one.. Thats good enough for me!

i would of said that if they played a few leagues lower they might be good but then i remembered chesterfield haha
just shows what happened when you accumalate a group of useless players,, a crap manager and a crowd that only sings one song
