The Boogyman (Marty Wright) was released due to the fact that he wasn't keeping up on his requirements to stay in shape & missing a few Doctor Appointments that he was scheduled to have regarding an injury he suffered at Wrestlemania back in April.
Randy Orton was sent back to RAW after he completed his 60 Day Suspension in June. The reason for his suspension was for unprofessional conduct & in an interview back in July, he stated that he was caught smoking marijuana backstage at a Smackdown! taping & was therefore suspended. During his suspension, he spent four weeks at an anger managment clinic in Atlanta.

Well everyone on smackdown hated RKO so the moved him to where he belongs and well boogeyman just sucked

He has been released because at WM22 he was injured and he was due to return but then he showed no real interested in getting back in to shape for the WWE and he was doing the very minimum to get himself there so they decided to let him go and Randy is on Raw because I think that he had a power swap I cant remember
