What should I eat is the best before I donin' sport?
Answers:
A dictionary, or spell checker.
Carbohydrates. That will give you energy and protein after to replace what you lost.
bananas
Bananas are good, full of energy!! Notice all the tennis players eat them during a much for an energy boost
It'd be ideal not to eat anything immediately before exercising. But if you really have to I guess an energy bar or drink.
Actually a banana would be the best thing for energy; but it may depend on what sport you are doing. For instance pasta the night before is good for marathon running.
Good luck whatever sport it is.
I donin konw.
ideally u should eat like 3 hours BEFORE u exercise so im guessing tht goes for sports..
just drink plenty of water in between
Depends on the sport and its duration. Anything that will release/supply energy during the sport, however it must be eaten early enough so that the energy in the food is available for release as you take part in your chosen activity.
Carbohydrates, pasta etc. and simple sugars, fructose etc. are good sources of energy.
Foods to Avoid Before Exercise
Any foods with a lot of fat can be very difficult and slow to digest. Fast foods, hot dogs, doughnuts, nachos, potato chips, and candy bars are very high in fat and remain in the stomach for a long time. If you eat these foods as pre-event meals, they will likely be with you through competition. Avoid or limit eating these foods for your pre-event meal.
