Is there a way of watching Pride FC or K1 on TV?
Do they show it on SKY sports or Eurosports or Men & Motors?

I duno where you are from but in America you can watch PRIDE FC on sunday afternoons (and replayed throughout the week) on FSN (Fox Sports Network) and as far as K1 I have only seen it on the HD channels. Every so often the on the HD channels the will show a UFC, PRIDE, K1, or IFC tournament, I even caught a tournament entitled Gracie Fighting Challenge which had several good fights including Wes Sims vs Daniel Gracie.

all there is to watch is the u f c on bravo, try emailing sky sports and other channels and beg them to buy the rights to pridefc it the best organisation in the world. i have already emailed them maybe if everyone praises pridefc they will have to listen
