I think he is doing a great job. He has signed a great striker for this season and if Beattie could find some form they could be a lethal partnership. To be realistic one of only four teams is going to win the title. The aim must therefore be to get high enough in the league to qualify for Europe. For most sides in the league that would be a successful season. To win a trophy this season you will need luck in the draw and for the big teams to be knocked out early in the competitions.
