Whats the best body type for a rugby forward number 7?

Answers:
Basically, its a mix between a back and a forward. Has to be the rough size of a forward with all the strength and stuff, but must also have good cardiovascular fitness and get around the whole of the pitch for the 80 minutes, aswell as being almost as fast as a back.
a shape that can carry the top of the 7 so broad shoulders and the body of the 7 so long and slightly tilted..
IT`S A GIRLS GAME, THEY PICK THE BALL UP WITH THEIR HANDS.

I think we need to explore this question further.
Lets look at this on a position by position perspective.
Props & Hooker - Short ugly balding fat blokes, who are a good laugh on the pitch as they are off. Most can drink there own body weight in beer!
Locks - Tall strapping and good looking gentlemen, the engine room of the scrum. Normally in leadership positions. Few extra kg's on a lock doesn't really do any harm.
Flankers - Fat wingers, a back trapped in a fowards body.
No. 8 - Can get around the paddock pretty quick and quite often breaks a line. If you can find a good one, keep him!
Backs - Fairys

Personally, of the back row, I think the number 8 if the most important position, the need to be fit enough to break off the scrum and make the first breakdown or tackle. Also they need to be big enough to take the ball off the back of the scrum and hit the defensive line and secure good ball for the half back.
For value off the pitch, always look to the front row, short fat blokes are soooo funny to watch where the're trying to pick up!

Hope this helps!
Don't focus too much on body type, It's what's in the head that counts. Having said that, coaches often have a tendency to pick a good big guy before a (slightly) better smaller guy.

(P.S. Slightly biased answer, I'm the smaller guy who wasn't picked)
Get hold of a picture of either Phil Waugh or George Smith of Australia. Those guys pretty well have the best physiques for breakaways.
