how to write th erefernce professionally and how i can make it look good for universitys when i am writingf about someone els ein the group( how to write a refernence when i am a leader of a group of player who play football. and how em i suppose 2 write a refernce about them when they are going to study abroad?

Answers:
Basically sing their praises - mention stuff like they were diligent and commited to their work,
they had a great attitude towards rising to the challenge
a good attitude towards working on their own initiave and with other members
Not really sure what else you can say writing a reference for soccer but you get the general jist!
Just say you've known so and so personally for so many years in a non-business settings and that you believe he or she has the necessary attributes to do well studying abroad.

I'd have said that this is more of a personal than a professional reference but YMMV
firstly learn how to spell and stop using text message writing in your letter/reference
going by your question it would be best to use your own language. your english is not quite upto the job
