Seem 2 have put a bit of weight on since i stopped smoking,2 stone overweight, especially in the stomach area?

Im looking 4 a good work out 2 help me lose a bit of weight and get trim again especialy the (beer belly)

Get into a good gym where they offer cardio workout classes. There will always be someone there to help motivate you. Cardio workouts really help loose the bulge, combined with a healthy diet it can be gone before you know it.
get one of those big trampolines that are all the rage. go on the trampoline everyday and have sex everyday and that will shed the pounds for sure
Have a good workout but take some diet advice as well as what happens when to stop that stupid habit of smoking is your body including your digestive system starts to work more efficiently so you eat more and make better use the the food. So you need to have a calorie controlled diet as well as the exercise
just do sit ups and push ups. like what i do is watch tv and during that show a commercial comes on...during the first commercial i do sit-ups until my show comes back on. then the next commercial break comes on i do push ups until my show returns.. usually its an hour long show. then later i take a walk and walk almost a mile.
Try walking it is the perfect way to loose weight or get a tread mill
Ahhh th eold beer belly! I have a constant battle with the same problem!

Sadly the only way I find to loose the beer belly is to stop drinking beer, eek! That is almost impossible as I love my beer and it is the only vice I have!

Exercise is important and can help control the belly, cardio workouts like a lot of walking are very good for you and combine that with some sit ups to strengthen your muscles in the belly area will be a great help!

I'm not qualified to give you fitness advice but I know you shouldn't overdo a fitness regime. If you've not exercised much in the past them take it gradually or you could cause damage to your body and you may not continue the exercise.
There are other things to consider to help you with your new self.
Consider what and when you eat. Think about distractions for when you may have lit a cigarette but are now reaching for food.
i stopped at new year and have put 3 stone on.now walking and regular swimming and is really helping.lost 1 1/2 stone already in the last month.also keeping an eye on my diet

One of the best ways is to invest in one of those side step machines, the kind with resistance bands for upper body work outs. I found it made a huge difference when I stopped smoking. Use it daily, about 500-1000 steps. Don't buy one from teleshopping though, Argos do a Reebok Version for just £50. It stores away easily, fits under the bed a dream. No expensive Gym subscriptions needed, no flash gym clothes required. It works out your Glutes, Abs, Obliques the whole of each arm and each leg and get's your tummy trim quick.
You have to be disciplined as with any regime however and well done for dumping the ciggies!
This happened to me when I stopped.

I took up walking a minimum of 4 miles a day, and cut my food intake. It took a while but it worked.

This happened to me when i stopped smoking, I found the best way to loose the weight was ki-Bo, this is not for the faint hearted. you will fell pain in mussels you didn't even know you had, you will sweat about a stone in weight and you will have the best nights sleep ever, I would advise you find one that starts at about 7pm as you will be exhausted after. Trust me your body will look great, toned in all the right places. Good luck.
