How can i get more energy when playing football. am fit but legs go.creatin? Vitamin Q10? Pro plus?

Dependant on your age, I would recommend strength training! Go to the gym and start a cross training program. Go 3 times a week if possible and try to do 3 sets of 15 at a difficult but not impossible weight. Make sure to work all parts of your body including your back, stomach, arms, legs, etc. I also recommend jogging a mile or two before practice. That way you are performing the drills when your body is all ready fatigued. I think a performance booster is not the correct answer. Work harder and smarter!
There are levels of fitness. if your legs are going before playing for 2 hours, you're not in the shape you could be.

For extra energy, try drinks such as lucozade- they provide carbs that the body utilises as fuel and don't dehydrate you like carbonated drinks.
Creatine isn't gonna help your endurance. Do some squats, get those legs up.
get out of ur houz, n u get vitamin d, it helps!!
do regular jogging with intervals (ie slow fast slow .)

don't overpace when playing football.
start using the juice.
About 2 hours before the game drink a tall glass of tomato juice with a pinch of table salt. Also keep drinking water but not in large quantities. I'm sure there are more "scientific" ways to do it that GNC will get you to pay big bucks for..but this will do the trick. Oh yeah and as a fringe benefit..it is known to prevent prostrate cancer and infertility.
you should have a healthy diet and life style if you what to be phsyically fit. try eating well, or at least taking a fully comprehensive dietry suppliment. drop the alcohol binges.
using things like proplus will just put more strain on the body in the long run and make it more tired.
Dont use any products, just train your legs more. go running or somethin and eventually you will see the difference
A lot of footballers swear by it. BANANAS. before the match, half time, even during. Quickly digested food, instant energy boost. No cramp and that extra yard you're looking for.
