Should massa be disqualified for stopping to pick up a flag, isn't that an offence of the f1 rules?

It is actually illegal to stop on the slowing down lap. Several drivers have been reprimanded for picking up flags or other drivers after the race but none have ever been disqualified.
But who can blame the drivers!? It must be a wonderful feeling to win your home Grand Prix - and what better way to celebrate than to drive around with your national flag!
He could pick up a passenger after the race is over if he wanted to. As long as they don't weight out with him and the car, it's no breach of any rule.

Yes, technically it IS a breach of the rules, but I think a fine would be a much more appropriate punishment! However, I think he may be let off this once.

There is a rule about stopping and waving the flag but I don't think anything as harsh as a disqualification should be called for.
