Why do you think Bernie Ecclestone has not paid his bills?

With an alleged fortune of over £2,400 million, why do you think he is being sued for a 'measly' $297 million?
To explain, Bernie Ecclestone and F1's parent company are being sued in the High Court for a staggering $297m. Swiss company Kamos-Finanz is seeking the unpaid debt, including interest, after Ecclestone's family trust took out a loan in 2001, according to the Independent newspaper. Reportedly, the loan helped to fund the 100-year lease of F1's commercial rights. (I cut and pasted this, sorry if it is against the rules!)
So is Bernie's money real or is he that wealthy only on paper? Is this Mr. Ecclestone losing his grip on F1?
Is that a good thing or not?

Answers:
Always as been a domineering tight *** bastard, like to read the article, he as complete control over F1, we where negotiating a fee for using the Italian race track, we thought it was done and dusted at $20.000. till up steps short ***. he wants $20,000 every time we show it, now considering it was a virtual ride that could have been 100s of times per day, the public where the losers
That's a tall story.
This maybe a new low even for Bernnie. He could brankrupt his families trust and keep the cash. Hey it's only money.
