Advance reservation for any of the museum in Florence in Dec?
Do I need to make advance reservation for any of the museum (Accademia Gallery and Uffizi Gallery) between Christmas and New year? Thanks

Ya know, it all depends.I was in Florence in May and just walked into the Academia-almost had DAVID all to myself. It's all a matter of timing.
Getting tickets in advance can't hurt, but whether you have them or not, the thing to do is go to museums, churches, etc. FIRST thing in the morning before it gets too crowded, and then use the rest of the day to wander the city, eat, shop, etc. Don't forget to enjoy a long nap, like everyone else.
It will be better to make a reservation.
You can use this number 0039 055 294883 and you can make telephone reservation without additional charge. You will pay the normal cost of the ticket 6,50 Euros per person + 3,00 euros for the Reservation..
