What are the best places to go in Turkey?

Depends what you want and how old you are,ive been to Turkey 11 times now and every resort ive been to has been good.
If your young you would probably like the lively resorts with lots of night life like Bodrum or Marmaris,Bodrum is a port and Marmaris has a beach.
If your older and like to see the history and culture you should go to Cesme or Kusadasi,these are near Ephesus which is old roman ruins,its really interesting.
If you would like it a bit quieter,but still with night life, we loved Ismeler and Fetiye.
Im sure wherever you decide to go you will love it..we do,the turkish people are very friendly and always make you welcome also they have a very low crime rate and its spotlessly clean.
i prefer the breast, but my girlfriend prefers the leg !!
The house where for the equivalent of twenty dollars you get your turkey yanked by a nice turkan lady.

I went to Marmara's 2 years ago it is really nice there, we also went on a coach trip up to Ephesus it is really worth seeing.
Istanbul, great history, architecture and lovely people.
It depends on what you want to do when you get there! If you want a relaxing holiday by the beach go to Olu Deniz, the beach there is beautiful.
If it's sightseeing your after try Side or Istanbul if you are really adventurous!

But especially Marmaris is the best one. You can have great time with its nature, pure sea, historical places and the nite-life.

Alanya is great it is very big with about 4 beaches a great place and plenty to do there
Bodrum, Bodrum, Bodrum, Bodrum, Bodrum & Bodrum!! No seriously tho', you could start there & go to Dalyan & the mud baths at Caunos, you can also get to Ephesus & Didim. I's recommend you go on a Blue Cruise from Bodrum & try Scuba Diving. (Aquapro Diving is a good company) Loads to see & do. Enjoy!

personally, i love going to bodrum which is a town on the coast with lots of boats, a bit like a port. and my fave place is the town of fethiye.
In Fethiye they have the most gorgeous bazaar that sells laodsa ethnic items like pipes, rugs and the most gorgeous jewellery i have ever seen.
