How do I get cheapest from Krakow (Poland) to Berlin, preferably within a day?
I am considering either train or Flight. Car is not an option, as I don't have one.

Easyjet is by far the easiest option, because it will take you more or less and hour to get there. If you book early enough the the ticket will also be pretty cheap, but if you're last minute, this will definately not work out well economically.
If you want to save money the train is a viable alternative, and can get you there within one day. The train ride from Berlin to Poland is not that long, but getting to Krakow is bit more of an ordeal. Best way is to grab the Berlin Warsaw express - which on some weekends costs one way as cheap as 5 euro one way. I would recommend getting of in Poznan, although you can take it all the way to Warsaw if you prefer. The Poznan route is much more interesting, as Poznan itself is an interesting city, and going to Krakow that way will also take you through Wroclaw, which is in many ways the most unique city in Poland (with great nightlife). If its speed you're after, take the train all the way to Warsaw and change for an express or IC to Krakow.
Weekend ticket with the train
Train, or Bus (takes longer)
easyjet fly direct to krakow
