Has anyone been to Bimini in the Bahamas?

No Im from Nassau Bahamas, and ive only been to a few islands before like Freeport,Eleuthera and Abaco..ki always wanted to go to Bimini tho I hurd its nice.

No - but my Dad's friend has. If you're into big game fishing then apparently it's the place. It's only 7 miles long by 700 feet.
yep, I've been diving there a couple of times. check out the 'bimini road' (it's shallow enough to snorkel it).huge stones laid out in formation in the shallows off shore. Very cool.
Bimini is basically sports fishing and diving. It's a party place at night. The town is friendly, but the beaches are not the best. They're better outside of town. It's very casual and laidback.
They got hit by a hurricane one or two years ago, so it may have had an effect, but I'm sure the general feeling is the same.
