It is a good place to eat Middle Eastern food. Just wander up the Edgeware Road.
You can also visit the Wellington Museum, which has an excellent collection of pictures.
walk down oxford st who start from marble arch then in oxford circus turn left and goes to the beautiful piccadilly circus the center of the world, you can have a nice meal in china town shopping in trocadero, there are a lot of caffe' resturant, cinema, theatre, night clubs fast foods.
try the Marks and Spencer - biggest branch in the country
Oxford Street of course. But what I would recommend is, in my opinion, a hidden gem just off Oxford Street. It is St. Christopher's Place. If you follow it you'll get to my favourite street in London Marylebone High Street. Plenty of stylish shops, coffee shops, restaurants. But absolutely the best thing is Wallace Collection. It is a wonderful stately house with lots of atmosphere, beautiful interiors, paintings. There is also a nice cafe in a glass covered courtyard. Entry is free.
The entrance to St. Christopher's Place can be a bit tricky to find. It is very narrow. It is on the North side of Oxford Street, almost opposite Bond Street Station's exit. Take London A-Z with you.
