Anyone ever stayed at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester before? Is it any good?

No bt my mother did and she still raves about it now.Be careful though becasue the bar is very expensive but I suppose people shuld accept that seen as there in a very posh hotel.
I stayed there about 4 years ago, and it was great - a really nice hotel, and very well run.
yeah i was there a few months ago and is was a alright hotel well run and quite good fun
