A bit of free advice dont buy anything big abroad that you can buy in the UK .
REASON THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT AS GOOD MIGHT BE CHEAPER WE HAVE HAD WASHING MACHINE VACUMN CLEANERS ETC AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP.
TAKE IT BACK THEY REPAIR IT 5TO10 WEEKS BRING IT HOME HEY PRESTO ITS B..GERED AGAIN !!
You should be able to reach via the Internet or phone number if they are nationwide and make them send you another one free of charge.
Try taking it back to a store near you explain the circumstances im sure they will help you if they can.
Did you buy it in another country? Unfortunately most companies will not honour guarantees for items purchased in other nations. Especially electronics. but it may be worthwile checking with their head office, you never know when you will get lucky, but be prepared to be a pest and keep bugging them, most companies hope you will just go away.
How did you pay for this item; If it was by credit card you might be able to claim off the card company.
