What photgraphic evidence is required for internal flights in UK?

Lost Passport and Driving Licence would a student Union card be OK

Answers:
You DO need photo ID on internal flights despite some respondents claiming that you don't. Which type is acceptable depends on the airline in question. You must phone and find out.
Most require a passport, some accept driving license. Army ID is an another one. A student union card is usually not accepted.
Doubt it, check with the airlines, usually a government issued ID is all they will accept, such as PP or DL
I doubt it, I'm pretty sure that the only alternative ID is your driving licence.
Look at BAA site.
you need to ring the airline and ask.
You don't need ID for internal flights. Its the same as getting on a bus. But if that bus were to drive to the states then you'd need a passport or an expensive bus pass!
i believe easyjet of Ryan air require a passport to go from Glasgow to Manchester
Sure you don't need anything. Maybe take your driving licence in case.
Photographic driving licence or passport should be enough. When I fly to Belfast or Glasgow, I usually take my passport. But, as I said earlier, photo driving licence should be fine.
pretty sure as the others have said your driving licence but there must be others as not everyone has a driving licence or passport but as they have said phone the airline and they will tell you what is acceptable
If i were you i would ring up the airline to make sure, don't think union card will do
you will need a photographic driving licence or a passport.
no it has to be a passport or driving licence
Germaine Greer was refused on an Easyjet flight to Edinburgh a couple of years ago because she only had her University lecturer's identity card. The staff had never heard of her, and her talk at the Edinburgh Book Festival ended up having to be cancelled.
