Could some one please clarify the meaning of (el arroz a cocer en el ntmero)?

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW THE MEANING OF THIS IN ENGLISH PLEASE

Answers:
not sure about ntmero (did you spell it right?) but the rest means. the rice to be cooked in (the ntmero?)
it says the rice to cook in the and the ntmero isnt a word so sorry cant help on the last word did u spell it right?
have you tried using a babel fish internet site?

the best I can get is

"the rice to cook in the ntmero"
Can you look again at the end word "ntmero" - I assume you have got this phrase off a packet of rice, or from a recipe.
Could it be 'dentro' - inside?
There again, there are lots of packages here in Spain that have things in many languages on them, none of which are correct (sometimes including the Spanish!)
Now you know that 'arroz' is rice, you should be able to work out the rest?
dippy do I have no idea.
