It depends. if you bought the ticket at a special price it would most likly be unflexible. If you paid a higher price the ticket would generally be more flexible. Its best to check with the airline as to the policy that applies to your ticket as each pricing code applied to the ticket will vary the flexibility of the ticket.

Agreeing with previous advice posted, and noting that if it's business travel, your company's accountant will want to know what happened to the difference in fare they paid vs. what was flown.

Generally speaking as all tickets are different, you would need to cancel that ticket which would also mean paying any cancellation fees (if the ticket is refundable) and then rebook and buy a brand new economy class ticket.
After all that bother it may just be easier to keep your business class ticket, think of the leg room you will be giving up..
