Whats the nearest city to the city of London ?

Answers:
The nearest "city" to the city of london (the traditional 'square mile' - not the whole conurbation of London which strictly speaking is not a city) is the adjoining "city of Westminster" which also has city status. Nearest outside of the M25 is probably St. Albans.
Essex, Surrey and Kent/. Kent is the biggest and Surrey is the smallest
city of oxford (?) ~ 50 miles
St Albans, I believe..
the City of Westminster, believe it or not!
The City of London is the financial area, with St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster is the area around Westminster Cathedral, Houses of Parliament, etc, so they are only a couple of miles apart.
Bournmouth
