Holidays for under eighteens..HELP PLEASE!!?
i am seventeen and want to go on holiday with three other seventeen year olds this summer. i want to go abroad anywhere really (not too expensive.), and want self-catering accommodation, or mayber even camping. the thing is i dont know about travelling and renting abroad for under eighteens. i heard somewhere that if you are seventeen then the company you are flying with needs to recieve a letter from your parents with their consent but i dont know about actually staying somewhere and stuf..if you can hlpe or have any site info then that would be wonderful.
cheers.

You will all have to have permission from a parent or guardian to travel, you will also have to have a parent be a guarantor on your holiday payment and also be a guarantor for any damages caused on holiday (not that you will but it's for legal reasons)
Try this web site

to compare costs of different tour operators. I would then go to your local travel agent to book as it'll be much easier than booking on line (in regards to consent forms)
I think that you need a letter if you are under 16. I think legally things would be a lot better if you took at least one legal adult with you as this should make a lot of things significantly easier. Can't anyone's older sister or brother or a slightly older friend come along?
Book a cheap hostel in advance and pay a deposit - in most of Europe these places are very inexpensive and are near the town while camping sites are usually a bus journey away from anywhere fun.
