Can any tell me :- i'm going to brazil in dec , do have to pay to get into brazil or when i leave??

As Charlotte notes, if you are a US citizen you will need to get a visa from a Brazilian consulate in the states. There's a fee. If you are a citizen of another country, you may or may not need a visa. There's a link on the page below to a list of countries whose citizens are required to get visas.
If you are from the US there is a Visa Fee, If you are getting a connecting flight from your point of entry make sure to leave plenty of time as US citizens get a fair amount of hassle which takes more time than you would think
