First part, don't know. Wandering around in the day there seemed to be a few places that might provide night life.
Second part, alcohol is always expensive in Muslim countries and you can normally only buy and consume it in hotels or night clubs. Even Egyptian home produced wine, disgusting though it is, is expensive.
I dont know where hurghada is!!but sounds fun!!alcohol is always cheap to produce and expensive to buy.it is always relative to the amount it takes to get totally hammered -enjoy.
