Could anyone inform me about the weather in San Diego, California in May. Also is there much to do there. Ron?

San Diego is a very beautiful area. I have cousins and relatives that reside there. I was living there, but I had to relocate to Los Angeles.
San Diego in May is really warm. The sea breeze is nice. There's a lot of stuff to do there in terms of wind surfing, going to the beach, and enjoying outdoor activities.
The Nightlife is great with all the clubs. You've got Dave and Busters, Islands Restaurant, Old San Diego, Cruises, Legoland, Del Mar Fair, Miniature Golf, and Sea World. You can drive up the Pacific Coast Highway along the waterfront with a view of the Pacific Ocean.
It's usually sunny so there's always things to do outside. If I had a choice, I'd go back to San Diego.
if i remember it was quite windy, you'll have to have a jacket at hand. Don't know what you can do there though. other than eating out. The harbour is a nice view.

The weather is great all year round, that's why the cost of living is so high, every body wants to live there!
The likelihood of fog is pretty high in San Diego in May. Temps will probably be in the 65 to 70 range for highs, high 50's for lows. Fog is likelier the closer to the beach you get. Mostly the dividing line is Highway 5: cool and foggy west of it, warmer and sunnier the farther east of it you get. Ocean runs in the mid 60's in May.

2)Camping on Mission Bay
3)Sea Port Village-Great Shopping area
4)Old Town
5)Harbor Tours-from the harbor
6)Coronado Hotel-walk through and then walk out on the beach
7)San Diego Trolley-Takes you to all areas of San Diego
Its is definitely worth a weekend or even a week to do it all ! Have Fun!!!
