i've checked bmi baby, aer lingus and ryanair and they don't travel there good luck anyway.

You should be able to fly from Dublin to Rhoose (Cardiff) airport.

Try Ryanair. Their website should tell you what flights are available.
Ryanair don't fly that route anymore. Cancelled this summer. Aer Arann do it now though.
