And also because they are the only three countries on the Latin American continent that were colonized by non-Latin speaking countries, the question is: Are they part of Latin America?
But OK, the Guyana you are probably referring to is the English speaking part, or British Guyana. It is a tropical country and I really want to tell you more about it, but I never was a geography whiz.
Though physically part of South America, culturally Guyana is more Caribbean than Latin American and it is considered part of the West Indies.

Guyana is quite a very small country with alot of poverty. One can purchase gold there for a great price. The US is worth quite alot there but considering in the local currency a packet of cigarettes can cost up to 500 dollars there (local currency).
