Would anyone recommend any decent websites to get cheap airline tickets to go Istanbul- Tukey?
I was thinking of working as an English teacher there- perhaps anyone can also share their experiences with me..?

There a lot of schools here but let me tell you what.
you can give an advertisement to newspaper and become a private teacher.It's more flexible and there are a lot of businessman looking out for a decent teacher.You can find any materials here for your lessons.
I also advise you to give ''talking lessons'' for practice it really worked great for me and there are lots of students.

I would try Orbitz.com for tickets. They can give you a display of all of all of the airlines, and their price. You can click on an airline or price to see the flights.

hi ive just resently come back from marmarise in turkey we booked our flight with thomas cook its a beutiful place but i wouldnt go again as everywere is getting bombed ps

Surprised by my answer? I travel all over Europe and you will be surprised how cheap BA actually are.
However, if you need something really cheap and a one-off, try the charter airlines (britannia, thomsonfly,etc) - they usually have extra seats not taken up by package holidaymakers and they sell these on-line. Usually though they will fly to a holiday destination (ie Bodrum, Antalya) rather than Istanbul.
So, try BA or Turkish Airlines. :-)

Things like that can happen anywhere in the world, just avoid crowded places and you should be OK
