Google Cleethorps Tourist and die...
The reference below starts:
"Stretching out over the River Humber, the pier is a formidable landmark, and an excellent starting point to discover the unique sights of Cleethorpes. Head up the North Promenade and witness golden sandy beaches. After a short walk arrive at Cleethorpes Railway Station and the Mermaid Fish Restaurant, formerly known as 'Cascades'. The walk along the North Promenade is quite delightful especially on those long summer evenings."
This is the English east coast where the sea fret ( fog) competes with the cold seawater. There is of course the Meridian line but this is invisible.
only been toCleethorpes twice. Rained both times.
Cancel and go to Skeggy instead. More to do.
